Description : Small pointed stone, one of a series. <1>
Site visit during the Ardudwy survey. No change. <2>
The seventh stone of group 1m high, triangular profile. Fronlief Hir, ancient trackway leading to Moel Goedog and bryn cader faner (sam me 61). <3>
Low standing stone 0.8m high, 0.34 x 0.3m at base- wedge shaped. Raised stony area around base spreading 2m W-E and 1m N-S. 5m to NNW-low pile of grassed over stone 0.15m high and 0.4m across. <4>
In open upland pasture. This triangular stone is likely to be just the butt of a smaller broken stone. The low grassy mound around the stone may conceal fragments of the broken stone (Smith 2001).
